Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection is the name of Nintendo's wireless service. You'll need to connect to this service if you want to browse the Internet, download games and applications or play games online.

Nintendo DSi - with Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, you can browse the Internet, download games and applications or play games online.

Nintendo DS and Nintendo DS Lite - with Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, you can play games online. You can also browse the Internet, but this requires the purchase of a Nintendo DS Browser cartridge, which can be found at your local retailer.
